Hello and welcome to my Portfolio Page.
My name is Rawand Ahmad. I´m passionate about games and all the nerd culture since my childhood. I loved playing
every kind of game and discovering new aspects of each of them. I had fun thinking about my own games and therefore
I wanted to be a Game Designer. After a long journey through several jobs and schools I was finally able to study
and become a game developer. I am happy that I have the opportunity to do what I love. During my study I worked on
some projects where learnt a lot about Project Management, Game Design, Game Development and Game Art and how they
affect each other. I even got the chance to lead those projects and was lucky to work with awesome talented and
creative people. I discovered how important Game Design, Gameplay and a good concept is and how frustrating programming
can be. I know how important communication is in a team of different departments to avoid misunderstandings and so
possible mistakes. I´m thankful for the opportunities I was given and I hope to come to the joy of seeing other people
play games that I worked on.

Bachelor of Science (B. SC.), Media Computer Science
I changed from my last university to the “Hochschule der Medien” as it is way more practice oriented.
I focused my study solemnly on game development, be it programming, game design, art or project management.
Unfortunately, I had a major fallback in my life and thus I had to but back my study and focus more on my
physical and mental health. And at the end, I finally finished my study.
